Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products (such as Haldi Bliss line) are non-returnable.
